How long does shipping take?

It depends on the item. US warehouse items usually arrive 3–7 business days after shipping, and international warehouse items usually arrive 10–14 business days after shipping. Each product page shows its estimate. See our shipping page for details.

Do you ship outside the US?

Not yet. We currently ship to US addresses only.

Will my order arrive in one package?

Not always. Items from different warehouses ship separately, each with its own tracking number.

Which brush is right for my pet?

For heavy shedders with thick undercoats, use a deshedding rake or undercoat tool. For tangles and mats, start with a dematting comb. For short coats or a gentle finish, a fine comb or steam brush works well.

How do I track my order?

Use the tracking link in your shipping email. International packages can take a few days to show their first update.
