30-Day Returns

We want you and your pet to love your Petaluni order. If you're not happy, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
Please include your order number with every return.
The Pet Grooming Hammock can be returned only if it arrives damaged or defective. See "Damaged, defective or wrong items" below.

How to start a return

Send us your order number and reason for the return using our contact form.
We'll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return address. Please don't send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent to the address on the package can't be processed.
Return shipping is free for eligible returns. We'll include the details in our reply.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds are usually processed within 3–5 business days after inspection. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If something arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number. We'll reply with instructions for providing a photo and arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
